Hi, I’m Zara, the founder of Zara & Co. Staging.

I grew up around real estate. My mom is a Realtor, and from a young age I was often tagging along to listings, open houses, and homes that were getting ready to go on the market. When I was about 13, I started helping with the details that make a home feel warm and inviting. Placing rugs, styling countertops, adding pillows, plants, and decor to spaces that might otherwise feel empty.

Over time I began to see just how powerful those small touches can be. An empty home can feel cold and hard for buyers to connect with, but thoughtful soft staging helps people picture themselves living there. It improves the way a home photographs, enhances the feeling during showings, and ultimately helps homes stand out in a competitive market.

What started as helping my mom quickly turned into something I truly enjoy. I love bringing life into a space and creating an environment that helps buyers instantly feel at home.
